Cancellation policy

Once an order is approved for production it can not be canceled by the customer. However, if we have any production issues we may cancel your order if it is delayed by 3 or more days if equipment failure is endured. We are not responsible for your financial loss if we end up canceling and refunding your order. 

Cancellation before proof: If a cancellation attempt is made before proof is approved we will refund the order.
