When you fill out our quote form, we collect your name, email address, phone number (optional), the product or service you want, quantity, deadline, project details, and any artwork files you upload. If you email us, we receive your email address and whatever you include in your message.
Information collected automatically. When you visit the site, analytics and advertising tools may collect your IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, time on the site, the website that referred you, and approximate location. These tools use cookies and similar technologies.

Your quote form and uploaded files
Your quote form is delivered to us by email through FormSubmit. Please do not upload sensitive personal information, such as Social Security numbers or payment card details, through the form. We will never ask for card details by email. Payments are handled through invoices.
How long we keep information
We keep quote requests and order records as long as needed to complete your project, handle follow-up questions, and meet our business and tax record-keeping needs. You can ask us to delete your information at any time (see below).
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to ask what personal information we hold about you, to request a copy, to correct it, or to ask us to delete it. To make a request, email us at the address below and we will respond within a reasonable time.
Children
Our website is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has sent us information, contact us and we will delete it.
Security
We take reasonable steps to protect your information, but no website or method of transmission is completely secure.
