Terms of Service
Last updated: October 26, 2026
1. Overview
Welcome to Hynds Printing.
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Hynds Printing website, including https://hyndsprinting.com, and your purchase of products or services from Hynds Printing.
Throughout these Terms, “Hynds Printing,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Hynds Printing. “Customer,” “you,” and “your” refer to individuals or businesses using our website or purchasing our products and services.
By placing an order, accepting a quote, or using our services, you agree to these Terms, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
Additional written agreements, approved quotes, or project-specific conditions may apply to individual orders. Where a separately signed agreement expressly conflicts with these Terms, that agreement will control for the applicable project.
Nothing in these Terms limits rights or protections that cannot lawfully be waived.
2. Products and Services
Hynds Printing provides custom printing, signage, stickers, branded merchandise, specialty manufacturing, and related products and services.
Our offerings may include products manufactured directly by Hynds Printing or through authorized third-party production partners.
Product availability, manufacturing capabilities, materials, and specifications may vary.
Hynds Printing reserves the right to decline requests that cannot reasonably be completed using our available production methods, equipment, materials, or resources.
All custom products are subject to the specifications confirmed in the accepted order.
3. Quotes and Estimates
1. Quote Validity
Unless otherwise stated in writing, quotes issued by Hynds Printing remain valid for 30 calendar days from the date they are issued.
After that period, pricing and availability may be subject to review.
2. Online Quote Estimates
Estimates generated through our website are preliminary and may require review.
Pricing may change based on artwork requirements, quantities, materials, dimensions, production specifications, or other project details.
3. Order Confirmation
Submitting a quote request or receiving an estimate does not guarantee order acceptance.
An order is accepted only after Hynds Printing confirms the order and its terms and receives the required payment.
4. Pricing Changes
If a quote requires adjustment before acceptance, Hynds Printing will communicate the revised pricing to the customer for approval.
No additional charges will be imposed without the customer's agreement, except where otherwise permitted by applicable law or an existing written agreement.
4. Payments
1. Payment Requirements
Hynds Printing requires 100% payment upfront before production begins unless a different payment arrangement has been expressly approved in writing.
2. Production Authorization
Payment alone does not authorize production.
Production may begin only after Hynds Printing has accepted the order, received full payment, and obtained the customer's approval of the final artwork proof when applicable.
3. Alternative Payment Arrangements
Any deposits, installment arrangements, credit terms, or other exceptions must be agreed upon in writing.
4. Additional Charges
Additional work, revisions, materials, or services outside the accepted quote may require additional payment.
Such charges must be communicated and approved before the additional work begins.
5. Payment Processing
Payments may be processed through authorized third-party payment providers.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate payment information and complying with the applicable payment provider's requirements.
5. Order Changes and Cancellations
1. Cancellation Before Production
Customers may request cancellation before production begins.
If no project-specific work has been performed and no costs have been incurred, Hynds Printing will issue a full refund.
2. Cancellation After Production Begins
Once production has started or project-specific materials have been ordered, customer-requested cancellations are generally nonrefundable to the extent permitted by applicable law.
3. Changes to Accepted Orders
Changes to quantities, materials, artwork, dimensions, or other specifications may result in additional charges or revised production timelines.
Hynds Printing will communicate any additional charges for customer approval before proceeding.
4. Business-Initiated Cancellations
If Hynds Printing cancels an accepted order through no fault of the customer and cannot fulfill the agreed order, the customer will receive a full refund.
5. Legal Rights
This section does not eliminate any cancellation, refund, or other rights available under applicable law.
6. Artwork Submission
1. Artwork Requirements
Customers are responsible for submitting artwork suitable for their requested printing or manufacturing project.
Artwork should meet the file format, resolution, dimensions, and other technical requirements communicated by Hynds Printing.
2. Artwork Review
Hynds Printing may review submitted artwork for production suitability.
If artwork does not meet production requirements, Hynds Printing may request replacement files, recommend adjustments, or offer artwork correction services.
3. Artwork Corrections
Substantial artwork corrections, rebuilding, redesign, or other preparation services may involve additional charges.
All additional charges will be disclosed and require customer approval before the work begins.
4. Customer Responsibility
Customers are responsible for the accuracy of information, spelling, dimensions, and design elements contained in their submitted artwork.
Hynds Printing remains responsible for errors it introduces during artwork preparation or production.
7. Artwork Proofs and Approval
1. Required Proof Approval
Hynds Printing requires customer approval of the final artwork proof for all custom artwork orders before production begins.
2. Customer Review
Customers are responsible for carefully reviewing proofs for spelling, layout, dimensions, design elements, and other visible details.
3. Production Authorization
Approval of the final proof authorizes Hynds Printing to proceed with production according to the approved artwork and agreed specifications.
4. Approved Artwork Errors
Hynds Printing is not ordinarily responsible for errors that were clearly present in the customer-approved proof and accurately reproduced during production.
5. Production Errors
Proof approval does not eliminate Hynds Printing's responsibility for manufacturing defects or errors introduced after approval.
6. Revisions After Approval
Changes requested after final proof approval may result in additional charges or production delays.
Additional charges will require customer approval before proceeding.
8. AI-Generated Artwork
1. Acceptance of AI-Generated Artwork
Hynds Printing accepts AI-generated or AI-assisted artwork when it meets applicable production, quality, and legal requirements.
AI-generated artwork is not automatically rejected solely because artificial intelligence was used in its creation.
2. Production Suitability
AI-generated artwork must meet the same technical requirements as other submitted artwork.
Hynds Printing may request modifications when files contain resolution issues, distorted elements, unsuitable details, or other production limitations.
3. Artwork Modifications
Necessary modifications may involve additional charges.
Charges for substantial corrections will be communicated and require customer approval before work begins.
4. Intellectual Property
Customers are responsible for ensuring that submitted AI-generated or AI-assisted artwork may lawfully be used for the intended project.
5. Right to Refuse
Hynds Printing may decline artwork that does not meet its production requirements or raises unresolved legal or intellectual property concerns.

Customers represent that they own or have obtained the necessary rights, licenses, and permissions to reproduce and use all submitted artwork, logos, images, designs, and other materials.
2. Verification
Hynds Printing may request reasonable evidence of ownership or permission when necessary.
3. Suspected Infringement
If submitted materials raise reasonable concerns about copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property infringement, Hynds Printing may place the order on hold pending review.
If the concerns cannot be resolved, Hynds Printing may decline or cancel the affected order, subject to applicable refund obligations.
4. Customer Responsibility
Customers are responsible for claims arising from materials they supplied without the necessary legal rights.
To the extent permitted by law, customers agree to indemnify Hynds Printing against third-party intellectual property claims arising from such materials, excluding claims caused by Hynds Printing's own wrongful conduct.
5. Customer Ownership
Customers retain their existing ownership rights in submitted artwork and intellectual property.
Submitting artwork grants Hynds Printing and its authorized production partners permission to use the materials as reasonably necessary to prepare, manufacture, and fulfill the requested order.
10. Right to Refuse Orders
Hynds Printing reserves the right to decline or cancel orders for legitimate business, legal, safety, technical, production, or quality-related reasons.
Reasons may include:
- Inability to manufacture a requested product.
- Unavailable materials or production resources.
- Unresolved artwork or intellectual property concerns.
- Unsafe or unlawful requests.
- Fraudulent or abusive activity.
- Other legitimate operational limitations.
Order decisions will comply with applicable nondiscrimination and consumer protection laws.
If Hynds Printing cancels an accepted order through no fault of the customer, the customer will receive a full refund.
If an outside production partner cannot fulfill an order, Hynds Printing may offer an alternative for customer approval. If no acceptable alternative is available, a full refund will be issued.
11. Production Times and Deadlines
1. Estimated Production Times
Production timelines are estimates unless a specific completion deadline has been expressly guaranteed in writing.
Estimated production times are not guaranteed completion or delivery dates.

- Final artwork has been approved.
- Hynds Printing has accepted and confirmed the order.
- Necessary specifications and production information have been received.

Hynds Printing will make reasonable efforts to notify customers of significant delays and discuss available options.
4. Rush Orders
Rush production requests must be expressly confirmed in writing.
Additional charges may apply and must be approved before expedited work begins.
A requested rush deadline is not guaranteed unless specifically accepted in writing.
5. Customer Changes
Customer-requested changes may affect production timelines and result in additional approved charges.

When Hynds Printing expressly agrees in writing to a guaranteed deadline, that agreement will govern the deadline and applicable remedies.
7. Customer Rights
Nothing in this section limits rights available under applicable law, including applicable order-delay and refund protections.
12. Printing Colors and Color Accuracy
1. Color Variations
Hynds Printing makes reasonable efforts to reproduce artwork colors accurately.
However, reasonable differences may occur between digital screens, proofs, materials, inks, printing methods, and finished products.
Minor variations resulting from normal printing processes are not automatically considered defects.
2. Digital Proofs
Digital proofs are visual references and do not guarantee exact printed colors.
3. Special Color Matching
Customers requiring specific brand colors, Pantone colors, or other precise color specifications must communicate those requirements before production.
Special color matching may be available when technically feasible.
Additional charges for color matching, samples, or physical proofs require customer approval.

7. Shipping Delays
Hynds Printing will make reasonable efforts to communicate significant shipping delays.
